Our bodies are amazing and are made to adapt to these changes but it can be a scary and uncomfortable time. Leaking, pain, and weakness are just a few of the symptoms you may experience. In this program you'll have the guidance of a pelvic floor physiotherapist and yoga instructor - what is normal, when to get help, and how to progress from exactly where you are right now. And you'll do this with a group of women who are in a similar time in their lives. There is so much power in learning about your body, what you can do to feel your best, and in knowing you aren't alone.
