Pregnancy is an exciting and happy time - you are welcoming a new little soul into your family. It can also be a time of rapid and confusing changes in your body that comes along with aches and pains, worry, and lack of sleep. Prenatal yoga has been shown to help with pain during pregnancy and it also helps you prepare for birth! In these classes you will care for your body while learning how to prepare your pelvic floor and your mindset for the birthing process. The practice of yoga helps you nurture your nervous system, achieving deeper relaxation and deeper connection to yourself. Feel safe and more connected to your body in these classes taught by a registered pelvic health physiotherapist and long time yoga instructor! Classes are Mondays at 4:15pm starting Monday Oct 23rd - there are four classes in this session.
