Heather completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2014 and has been teaching ever since. She has taught both in person and online classes, with an emphasis on finding the joy in and connection to your physical body. She is currently completing a 300hr training and loves sharing the transformational path of yoga with her students and patients.

-lectures on birth preparation, core, pelvic floor, diastasis recti, prolapse

-prenatal fitness classes combining

-lead by a pelvic health physiotherapist who is also a yoga instructor

-safe and gentle, yet appropriately challenging

-sessions will provide movement and also education on pregnancy, birthing, and the postpartum period

Postpartum PhysioYoga - Live on Zoom

Next session will likely be late fall 2024

-6x40-45 minute sessions

-lead by a pelvic health physiotherapist who is also a yoga instructor

-10-15 mins of education on your pelvic floor, diastasis recti, pelvic pain and more followed by 30 mins of specialized yoga to help you get back in touch with your body postpartum
